Refunds are processed for eligible cancellations made up to 24 hours before check-in.
Processing time: 5-7 business days.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are not eligible for a refund.
3. Changes to Bookings
Modifications to bookings are allowed based on availability and may incur additional charges.
